Your workspace now has an AI agent
Development work runs on data, and the amount keeps growing — settlements, connections, subsidy areas, infrastructure. The data is not the bottleneck anymore. Getting answers out of it is. So we taught our workspaces to answer questions directly — every VIDA workspace, on any programme. Meet your VIDA AI agent.
Questions come up daily in this work: a number for tomorrow’s meeting, a chart for a presentation, figures for a report, evidence for the next decision. Until now, each answer meant time spent or a request to an analyst. And a wait. Now you can simply ask the workspace — whatever the question is.

Here is what that looks like. Every VIDA workspace sits on more than 100 data layers — settlements, connections, subsidy areas, grid and road infrastructure. Many of these are bespoke: built specifically for one programme, not pulled from a shelf. You can now ask questions across all of it, in plain language: how many unserved settlements above 2,000 people are within five kilometres of the grid? Which areas of a Mission 300 programme fell behind last quarter? The AI answers with the numbers, builds the chart or table you need, and puts the result back on the map, where you can check it. What used to be an analysis request with a turnaround time is now a two-minute exchange.
What does this actually change? Three things. Analysis gets faster: an answer arrives while the meeting is still running, not after it. Workflows get lighter: a progress report assembles itself from the workspace, and you edit instead of write. And the data yields more: because asking costs nothing, questions get asked that never would have justified an analysis request, and the insights that were sitting in the data actually surface. If you would like to try it on a live workspace, we would be happy to show you.
